In this episode I'll begin to enable tag filtering in the Blog page on the public site.  I'll refactor the existing query that returns all the Blog post information for the page, and make it "tag" friendly, meaning that if a user clicks on a Tag link, we will reuse the same view and just return filtered information.

I'll demonstrate how the Repository Pattern is used to provide this flexibility.
